Mr. Carlson has thirty years experience in a financial and management capacity for a variety of industries including Health Care, Medical Products R&D and Distribution, and Biotechnology, Commercial Banking, Oil and Gas, Real Estate. He serves concurrently as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Transplantation Research Foundation where he has been since 1990. He is a Director at Prognosis Health Information Systems. Mr. Carlson is a Certified Public Accountant certified to practice in the State of Texas. He holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Eric Chan has a diverse background in technology commercialization: consulting, financial services, entrepreneurship, product development, and basic research. He is a managing director of CGC Capital, and also the president of Novomedics, a women’s health medical product company. Eric is a part of The Boss Group, a Houston based private equity firm that focuses on medical related and energy services opportunities.
Mr. Martin Lindenberg has experience in varied industries, including medical & IT technology, health care, manufacturing, marketing, consulting and sales. He has started or helped build over eighteen organizations, including fifteen companies. Mr. Lindenberg is chairman of the Waverly Group which provides consulting on business growth, strategy, corporate partnering and Board services. Martin is a Board Member and Founding Chairman of the Houston Technology Center.
Deborah Mansfield is an experienced Business Development Professional for Start Up and Emerging Technology Companies. Ms. Mansfield has an extensive background in management, non-equity funding, entrepreneurship, compliance, and research in the Life Sciences sector. She is the Director of Life Sciences Program and Associate Director, Gulf Coast RCIC at Houston Technology Center.
Hank Moore is a corporate strategist, speaker and author. He conducts business appraisals, company evaluations, strategic planning and visioning. In his 40+ year career he has worked with over 100 of the Fortune 500 and presented Think Tanks for five U.S. Presidents. His latest book “The Business Tree” was endorsed by Peter Drucker as the most original business paradigm of the last 40 years. Mr. Moore is currently President of Silver Fox Advisors in Houston, TX.
Larry Hope is with MD Anderson Cancer Center's Office of Technology Commercialization where he is responsible for transitioning ideas and inventions into the commercial world. Previously, he was with Baylor College of Medicine's Licensing Group. Prior to Baylor, he held marketing / business development positions at several Houston-area biotechnology companies, the most recent being LifeCell Corportaion. In his spare time, he has a love-hate relationship with a 1973 Corvette.
